Question 1

What is MarketKloud Forms?

Accepted Answer

MarketKloud Forms is an adaptive survey, quiz, and assessment builder. It lets you build branching logic, score responses, and deliver a personalized outcome screen or branded PDF for every respondent — built for business coaches, consultants, and researchers, no code required.

Question 2

How is MarketKloud Forms different from Typeform?

Accepted Answer

Unlike Typeform, MarketKloud Forms lets you branch on multi-condition rules (with priority ordering when more than one could match), compare variables against each other, compute new values from answers, and show a personalized outcome screen — not just show the next question.

Question 3

Can I use MarketKloud Forms for lead qualification?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Its branching engine scores, routes, and can push qualified leads to a CRM or workflow tool via webhook automatically based on their responses.

Question 4

Is MarketKloud Forms free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the free plan is free forever, not a trial: unlimited forms, 20 responses a month, the native outcome builder with a Results Chart, and branded PDF export. No credit card required to sign up at forms.marketkloud.com/signup.

Question 5

What kind of branching logic can I build in MarketKloud Forms?

Accepted Answer

Multiple rules per question, each with its own priority. Conditions support equals, not-equals, greater/less than (and their "or equal to" variants), contains, not-contains, starts with, ends with, is empty, is not empty, and AND/OR combinators, including comparing one variable directly against another.

Question 6

Can I compare two variables against each other, not just against a fixed value?

Accepted Answer

MarketKloud Forms includes a true variable-to-variable logic engine: your rules can evaluate two dynamic, live response values against each other in real time (for example, score > threshold or role = ownerRole), targeted natively inside the standard conditional logic builder. Unlike Typeform, Youform, or Jotform, you don't need hidden math fields, calculation widgets, or subtraction workarounds to evaluate field relationships.

Question 7

Can I connect MarketKloud Forms to my CRM?

Accepted Answer

Through webhooks — every submission can push to Zapier, Make, or any HTTPS endpoint, including your CRM's own inbound webhook. Failed deliveries retry automatically with exponential backoff, up to 5 attempts.

Question 8

Can I white-label my forms on my own domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Business plan. Connect your own domain (e.g. forms.yourcompany.com) and your published forms are served from it instead of forms.marketkloud.com, with automatic SSL — respondents never see MarketKloud branding in the URL.

Question 9

Can I limit how many respondents see each version of my form, like a research study with quotas?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Business and above — quota management caps how many respondents land on each combination of question blocks, with new respondents randomly or evenly-balanced assigned to a combination that still has room, and configurable behavior (close the form, keep filling the least-full combination, or redirect) once every combination is full.
