No. Every capability — including the branching logic engine — is built visually in the same drag-and-drop builder, with native blocks and rich-text formatting covering almost everything. If you do want full control, results and end screens also support a dedicated HTML block for custom markup — entirely optional.

Multiple rules per question, each with its own priority — the first rule that matches wins, not a simple "jump to page X on answer Y." Conditions can use equals, not-equals, greater/less than (and their "or equal to" variants), contains, not-contains, starts with, ends with, is empty, is not empty, and combine with AND/OR.

Yes, absolutely. MarketKloud Forms features a true variable-to-variable logic engine. Your rules can evaluate two dynamic, live response values against each other in real time (for example: score > threshold or role = ownerRole). Unlike Typeform, Youform, or Jotform, you do not need to build hidden math fields, use calculation widgets, or create subtraction workarounds to evaluate field relationships. You can target a second dynamic field natively right inside the standard conditional logic builder.

Whichever one has higher priority. Every question's rules show up in a reorderable priority list in the builder — you drag to set the order, and the first rule that evaluates true is the one that fires.

Yes — "Copy logic from…" clones a full rule set from one question onto another, so you're adjusting a couple of conditions instead of starting from scratch.

Yes, on Pro and above — quota management lets you cap how many respondents land on each combination of question blocks, and every new respondent is randomly (or evenly-balanced) assigned to a combination that still has room. Useful for research questionnaires where each participant should only answer a subset of a much longer question bank.

"Balanced" mode always assigns the next respondent to whichever open combination currently has the fewest responses, so coverage stays roughly even across every combination by the time you're done — not left to chance the way pure randomization would.

Whatever you configured: close the form to new responses, keep filling whichever combination has the least data so far, or redirect respondents to a URL of your choice — for example a different study, or a "thanks, we're full" page.

Through webhooks — every submission can push to Zapier, Make, or any HTTPS endpoint, including your CRM's own inbound webhook if it has one. There isn't a native one-click connector for a specific CRM yet.

It retries automatically with exponential backoff, up to 5 attempts, before giving up — a brief outage on the receiving end doesn't just silently lose the submission.

Two ways: organization-wide seats (everyone sees every form in that workspace), or a single-form invite for a collaborator who should only see one form, not your whole workspace.

New submissions pause with a clear message ("this form is not currently accepting responses — contact the form owner") until next month or you upgrade. It won't silently drop data or charge you anything extra — there's no metered billing.

Yes, on the Business plan. Connect a domain you own (e.g. forms.yourcompany.com) and your published forms are served from it instead of forms.marketkloud.com, with automatic SSL — no MarketKloud branding in the URL. We recommend a dedicated subdomain rather than your bare root domain, so the rest of your website is unaffected.

Yes. Your data is stored on Supabase's managed infrastructure and encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. We're a new product and don't yet hold formal certifications like SOC 2 — if that's a hard requirement for your use case, reach out before you build on us.
